TRAI Rule:-

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has shown its strictness on complaints of subscribers.

Wherein subscribers complained that various Value Added Services are activated on their mobile without their consent.


During the half yearly meetings of consumer advocacy groups several members highlighted this problem that VAS activated without their consent and money deducted from their account.
Now TRAI has issued instructions to all Telecom Operators that they should examine various aspects covering provisioning of VAS to customers Complaints received directly from customers, and to investigate the root cause and take action to solve the problems.


If balance deduct without your concern than below process to get back it:-



Call to 198 (complain helpline number for all operator)

Ask to customer care executive for balance dedication.

Customer care executive will explain you complete details.
Customer care executive will ask you “this is not possible”

You have to ask “Please refund my balance which was deducted wrongly.”(on requested mode)


Keep remember 2 thinks.
